Using Scirus and/or Scholar to Search for Scholarly Web Resources

You can use Google Scholar or Elsevier’s Scirus to do a quick scan of scholarly, web available literature. While these tools are not as comprehensive as library databases, they provide quick access to hundreds of millions of articles, which should be enough to get one started on a research project.
